We can discuss the return and replacement of any grooming products at that time. We are unable to accept returns for any straight razors, straight razor sets, strops, or safety razors. Once they have been used, it is unsanitary for us to resell these items. However, if the item was received by you with a manufacturing defect, and you have not used the item, please contact our Indianapolis location for assistance on returning and replacing that item.
